On June 4, 2025, our first Model Criticism Day began at 10:00 AM. Student teachers presented lessons using various instructional models, including the Advanced Organizer Model, Direct Instructional Model, and Concept Attainment Model. I observed all the sessions conducted by our peer groups, and the experience fostered a strong sense of collaboration and professional growth. Constructive feedback was provided, which helped us reflect on and improve our teaching methods.
The second day of Model Criticism was held on June 5, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:45 PM. Student teachers continued presenting lessons using the same instructional models. Each session was followed by in-depth feedback from peer groups and faculty members. As an observer, I gained valuable insights into effective teaching strategies and classroom management. The experience deepened my understanding of instructional models and boosted my confidence to conduct well-structured, learner-centered classes in the future.
