The College Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on March 28th, organized by the Nitara College Union. The event took place from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM and was filled with vibrant performances and joyful moments. The first half of the celebration, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, featured cultural programs presented by the senior students. These performances showcased a variety of talents, including dance, music, and skits, and were well-received by the audience. After a short break, the much-awaited performance by the Neelam Band began at 2:00 PM, energizing the entire crowd with their lively music and stage presence. The band's performance was a highlight of the day and created an exciting atmosphere. The event successfully brought together students and staff in a celebration of talent and unity, making it a memorable occasion for all who attended.

Educational trip 🚃🚞
As part of the B.Ed. curriculum for the academic year 2024–2026, an educational trip was organized from March 12th to March 21st, covering a journey from Kollam to New Delhi. This was the first North Indian tour conducted under BMM II Training College and was a significant milestone. The trip was initiated and led by our College Chairman, Mr. Albin K. Alexander, and coordinated by the team from Sky Holidays. A total of 69 students participated, accompanied by faculty members Ms. Swathi S. Dinesh, Ms. Sheeja V., Mr. Akhil Raj S., and Mr. M. Chackochan. For better coordination, students were divided into two groups based on their optional subjects. The itinerary included visits to historically and culturally rich destinations such as Delhi, Agra, and Manali. The trip offered students valuable learning experiences beyond the classroom and created lifelong memories. Overall, it was an enriching and memorable journey that blended education with exploration.

Workshop on Stress Management
A workshop on Stress Management was conducted on 4th March 2025 at the college, starting at 10:00 AM. The session was led by Sreejith, a Clinical Psychologist. The event began with a warm welcome speech by Ms. Nisha from the Psychology department. The first part of the workshop focused on creating basic awareness about stress, its causes, and its effects. Sreejith Sir made the session relatable by sharing his personal experiences and real-life stories of individuals dealing with stress. After this informative session, a series of interactive activities were conducted, with six groups actively participating. These activities helped the students understand practical strategies for managing stress. Each task was explained thoroughly, and participants were encouraged to reflect on their experiences. The workshop was highly engaging and insightful, offering useful tools for handling day-to-day stress. It concluded at 1:15 PM, leaving the students with a better understanding of stress and ways to manage it effectively.
